Part 2: Personalized Site Design and Theme Blocks

Introduction
The Site Editor empowers you to edit your site cohesively. In Part 1 of this course series, you learned how to use block themes, block patterns and styles. In this course, we are going to delve deeper into theme blocks.
Theme blocks are dynamic, which means they pull in and display various content information on a website, such as post content, query loops, and post comments. In addition to this, certain blocks are essential for presenting the site’s identity, which includes elements like the site logo, site title, and site tagline.
Are you familiar with and feel confident using theme blocks? If you can’t confidently answer ‘yes’ to this question, this and the next course is for you.
The last course in the series is titled, Part 3: Advanced Site Design using the Site Editor
At the end of this course you will be able to:
- Describe what theme blocks are and how they can benefit the user.
- Create a personalized site design using theme blocks.
