In this hands-on activity, participants will use WordPress Playground to explore,
build, and share a fully functioning WordPress site running entirely within a web
browser. Without requiring any account creation, passwords, downloads, or local
installation, attendees will interact directly with the environment by writing a
test post, installing themes, and testing plugin combinations using URL parameters.
Finally, the session entails a collaborative partner exchange workflow where participants
export their environment as a portable .zip file, trade files, and import their
partner’s complete site setup to experience environment sharing firsthand.

## Learning Objectives

By the end of this activity, participants will be able to:

 * **Identify Core Use Cases**: Recognize the key applications of WordPress Playground,
specifically safe testing, version testing, and environment sharing.
 * **Test Plugin and Theme Compatibility**: Install individual or multiple plugins
simultaneously, such as Contact Form 7 and Flamingo, and apply themes like Twenty
Twenty-Five to assess conflicts without impacting a live site.
 * **Configure Beta and Nightly Builds**: Utilize the WordPress Beta Tester plugin
to switch the update channel to Bleeding edge and the stream to Nightlies to
install and evaluate a nightly build.
 * **Formulate Pre-Configured Environments**: Utilize specific URL parameters, such
as appending `?plugin=classic-editor`, to automatically install and activate
   plugins upon environment launch.
 * **Export Portable Site States**: Save the Playground state to the browser’s local
storage and export the entire installation—including the database, media uploads,
active plugins, and themes—into a portable .zip file.
 * **Execute Environment Sharing**: Import a partner’s exported .zip file through
the site manager to replicate and run an external WordPress environment inside
   their own browser.
